Absolutely wonderful experience. We got our pup in January 2019 from the Ruckus/Josie litter and couldn’t be happier with our puppy. You can tell that Terry takes his breeding very seriously and it amounts to a well balanced and mild mannered dog. We have had no health issues with our puppy who is now 1 year old. The kennels are extremely well kept and the pups are well looked after, also the owners are very kind people.
Since day one our pup (Ruckus Jr.) has been a dream. House trained by 2 months, basic house manners trained by 6 months, doesn’t dig, doesn’t shred toys and extremely social and good with all other animals. Ruckus Jr. really got all of the best qualities of his parents.

In December I made the decision to get a puppy. I heard good things from a family friend who adopted from Terry and decided to go there. Nellie has been nothing but a blessing. Terry does a great job and the facility was really clean. Nellie is so mild mannered, eager to please and always ready for training. I get compliments every time I walk out my front door about how beautiful and well behaved she is. I could not be happier and would highly recommend. To give you an idea, we drove from FL to pick her up and it was well worth it. She truly is my best friend!

This review is a long time coming but we picked up our Molly from Stoney Ridge last November and we have been and still are over-the-moon in love with her and she has been a dear, loving companion to Riley, our hound mix. Terry is a true professional in the Golden Retriever breeding business. Clean facilities and healthy and happy puppies/dogs! Recommend highly.

They never answer their phone so they clearly are not serious about selling a dog. definitely a puppy mill. do not fall for it

We were informed a week prior to picking up our puppy that there was a mixup with paperwork and that there were not enough male puppies for us! I’m not sure how a mistake like this happens a week prior to meeting a new member of our family. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed and saddened to know we would have to wait until the next litter in Jan/Feb. We decided to get our deposit back and already found a separate and reputable breeder that has puppies in the next 5 weeks. The whole process working with Stoney Ridge could be summed up with a lack of communication. Only when I reached out did I get a response and the whole process was unclear and made us feel uneasy.
