I can’t say enough about Snowy Pines and how wonderful they are – and they sent us the most amazing, sweet and fun dog, our Luna. Luna is almost a year old and she’s exceeded all our expectations. She did the wagology program which was totally worth it, and came home to us with an already great start on her training. She came home with a step by step guide from Snowy Pines on how to continue her training – it was super helpful. Luna is very obedient, great with our kids (and cats!) and the perfect addition to our family. Snowy Pines was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, I can’t say enough about them. If we ever get another dog it will absolutely be from Snowy Pines.

I couldn’t recommend Snowy Pines enough! The entire process is very smooth and easy. As soon as the litter is born they keep you informed with weekly pictures and then they select your puppy according to your requests and needs. They absolutely nailed it with our Mango. He has the calmest and sweetest personality.
If I ever get another lab, it would be from Snowy Pines :).

We love Snowy Pines White Labs they are the best!! From birth until our Bailey Girl was ready to come home they were there with us all the way sending us weekly updates and pictures always there for us with any questions. We love our sweet puppy!! ❤️ We now have 2 Snowy Pines White Labs and we could not be happier. We love our Bailey and Willow so much they have so much fun together and I know they are going to be best friends forever!! Thank you Snowy Pines!! ❤️

My experience with Snowy Pines has been mediocre at best. It started with reserving and making a deposit on a Ivory/Casper litter in April 2020. Never did they communicate that breeding was successful or that there was a change in the breeding contract. The puppies were born on July 16, 2020 and puppy parents were notified on July 20, 2020. Only after the puppies were born and they started sending out pictures, did I discover on my own, that they had switched the stud to Theo, a dog that I found out much later was not AKC registered. When I asked them about the stud switch, I was told by Jenny on August 25th “this is an oversight on our part. We thought we sent a message out around the change and failed to do so.” Then there was an issue of the breeder sending out files of pictures that were not of the litter, all the while being told to trust them to pick our puppy for us. On August 28th I sent an email with my puppy choice picks and detailed my reservations about the inconsistencies in the process. I received an email from Tom stating that “It’s unfortunate that you feel that you can not trust us.” And that they “will gladly refund my deposit”. Of course they would gladly refund the deposit, since I reserved my puppy at $2500, the price had doubled to $5000. Never in the email did Tom mention that the stud was not AKC registered. Only upon arrival to pick up the puppy on September 6th was I told that the stud was not AKC registered. I was further told that they had imported the stud from Canada and had been unable to get the AKC registration worked out, so they were unable to register the litter. I was assured that administrative issue would be worked out and the proper paperwork would soon follow.
On November 13, 2020 having not heard anything from the breeder in two months, I followed up with the breeder by email to be assured by Tom that “all the paperwork has been received and your [you] are good to go!!” On December 10, 2020, having still not received the registration paperwork, I sent a text directly to the kennel manager, Sandra. Sandra informed me that “the registration papers came in this week, I’ve got them ready to mail but will also email them.” This was then followed up by an email from Tom stating, that no, the litter registration was not complete that they had communicated incorrectly with a promises to get the bottom of it and follow up with me. 20 days later I still have not heard back from Tom and do not have the registration paperwork from Snowy Pines White Labs.
This is deceptive, unethical and unprofessional breeding and businesses practices at best.
