I went there to the pet shop to look for a puppy, and I fell in love with this puppy PAPTESE, black and white Jeffery that works there help us. He really likes his job and takes good care of the animals. I love my little Nicko. puppy boy

Went in with every intention of purchasing a Newfoundland dog they had there asked the girl if I could see him cause I was interested and told me he was already out today and walked to the back. When she came out I said so I have to buy him before I can see him? Well lost sale there for terrible customer service!! Never buying a dog from any of their stores. Drove all way there for just to be in there for 3 minuets before deciding I won’t be purchasing a dog from someone that wouldn’t help a customer.

Young girl at counter is a joke. Couldn’t be bothered and wouldn’t let us see the dog our daughter want to see. She asked if we are buying it? Well, isn’t that why we are here and why you sell dogs? Needless to say, the Dickson city employees are a tad more pleasant. We will be buying elsewhere based off this place’s ignorance. Train your employees better. Disgusting client experience skills. Not even a greeting upon entry.
If I’m paying over $2000.00 for a dog I want to introduce our family to it first. The other negative reviews I was skeptical until we witnessed it first-hand.
