My experience was amazing. I was not necessarily hunting to purchase a puppy the same day, but the quick responses and reassuring knowledge on the puppies and parents sold me. The daughter kept in great contact with me and was very friendly and professional. I selected a few puppies from the website so they could be ready when i got there. As soon as I opened my car door, i was greeted by the mom Poodle and a few puppies. My selected puppies were waiting in a pen together playing so we could make our final choice. Mozzie (pup) knew he was coming home with his family because he sat under me as I was signing all of the documents. I was given a goody bag with his papers, a coupon for the dog food he has been given, a free sample of that same dog food (lasts maybe 24 hours) and a bed for him (just needs the cushion). They crate trained the puppies which makes potty training a lot easier. You won’t regret it! I’m enjoying him at this size because I know it won’t be for long. So he is held quite often 🙂

Odette is a wonderful lady who truly cares about her animals. We drove to pick up a girl, but left with a boy instead. His name is Murphy, and he’s just been a dream so far. Odette made the process fast and easy. We lost our best friend (a girl named Emma) after 10 years recently, and Murphy has been just the shot of joy our home needed. Thank you so much, Bella Notte. I would highly recommend this breeder to anyone looking for a furry friend to add to their family.

Healthy puppies , breeder was knowledgeable and able to answer questions quickly. I was able to select a puppy from available puppies. Breeder provided registration paperwork and shot records upon pickup. I was provided a bed and sample food.
Breeder also quickly responded to my additional questions after picking up the puppy.

Since the owners daughter is not only unprofessional but a liar. None of the other puppies were the color or gender I wanted so she tried to coax me to take a puppy that was left over. The day she reached out I was traveling all day coming back into the country and I provided her with my flight information and told her if she was trying to reach out this day that’s probably why I didn’t get the calls. I received one text message and no phone calls. Don’t be a liar when I have receipts!
Please stop telling me you couldn’t hold a whole litter for me. My puppy has been picked out for weeks. It’s not my fault the collars slipped making mine unidentifiable. Take accountability for your businesses failures and stop trying to make this issue about me!
If the collars slipped off making them unidentifiable and forcing you to sell the dog, why not just give me a full refund on my deposit? This is something I’m sure any profesional entity would do if there was a mishap on their part.
So these people will screw up and then charge you for the inconvenience they caused.
