We recently brought home our pup, Ronnie from Valerie’s ranch. We had a great experience from start to finish! We had a few particularly busy weeks around the time we were supposed to visit to pick out our pup and then pick him up. Valerie was very flexible and helpful to ensure we could go as a family! She was always easy to get in contact with, and very helpful throughout the whole process! She helped us pick a pup that would be a good fit for our family with young kids, and she was totally right. Ronnie loves the kids and took to them right away! He’s settled in well, he’s very smart, has been potty training pretty easily, and has actually been letting us sleep most of the night! He’s bonded with the family quickly and loves being with us, especially for cuddles and to play. We’d highly recommend Valerie and her pups!

Wonderful experience with Valerie. We visited her ranch ahead of time, had a good conversation with her, met our puppy and his parents. Valerie cares a lot about all of her dogs and was responsive and responsible throughout the process. It all went very smoothly. We would highly recommend Valerie.!

I’m disappointed. I got a puppy from Valerie November 2021. The process was good where Valerie answered any questions I had leading up to the pick-up date. I asked for the puppy documents (AKC, genetic testing, medical records, etc.) and info prior to getting my Dakota, but she said I would get all that when I pick her up. When I did pick her up, I only had the AKC register info and vaccine history, no genetic testing as Valerie always proclaims. My little Dakota was super sweet, smart, active, and my everything. Dakota died unexpectedly, and I reached out to Valerie, letting her know what happened, asking for the genetic testing, and asking if this had happened to Dakota’s siblings. After asking a couple of times for the genetic testing, Valerie BLOCKED me. She also said, “No, this has never happened to any of my pups.” I later found out that was not true as other pups have died or were diagnosed. Before picking a breeder, they should have the bloodline, K9 data, AKC, etc. published on their website. I’m mostly disappointed that I was hoping Valerie would reach out to Dakota’s siblings’ parents so they have the opportunity to get thorough check ups to help cure or help their furbabies lives last longer. Dakota died 3 weeks before her 1st birthday.

Valerie sold me a puppy that was diagnosed with renal dysplasia, a degenerative and incurable kidney disease that is highly linked to genetics. My pup was given 6 months to 2 years to live. She also had 2 other pups die at less than 1 year of age within the last year and refuses to share genetic health testing results. She has refused a refund unless I bring the puppy back and blocked me altogether after I tried to resolve this issue directly with her.
However, she did contact me to threaten with a lawsuit after I posted a review to Facebook! You can find my full review on Yelp because she removed Facebook reviews on her page in an attempt to cover this up.
