I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel inclined to do so. We picked up our new puppy Jack in November 2023 – we could not be happier with our little guy. He has been so well behaved since the day we brought him home, crate training has been a breeze with him. He is such an intelligent little guy and is great with my 5 and 2 year old girls. At our vet check up they assured us he was in good health. When we picked up our sweet Jack – the breeder was extremely nice, answered all of our questions and put as at ease about taking home a new puppy (we haven’t had a puppy in over 20 years). Even after we brought him home the breeder has been quick to respond to any questions I have had and even followed up to make sure we were still doing ok. I could go on and on about how wonderful our pup has been. Overall such a great experience so far!! We can’t wait to continue to love on our sweet “Jack Jack.”

I had a wonderful experience with Shady Oaks Goldendoodles. I am a first-time dog owner and it was very important that I purchased my puppy from a reputable and professional dog breeder. Mrs. Sonnier and her son were tremendously helpful in explaining the process and were responsive to my communications whenever I had questions. About 8 weeks after she was born, I went to pick up my puppy with no issues and she was just perfect – exactly what I was looking for. Right away I saw that she was clean and well fed. I took her to vet two days after picking her up and the vet confirmed she was in excellent health, meaning she was well taken care of before I got her. If you are looking to add a beautiful goldendoodle to your family, I would highly recommend this breeder. I’m very happy 🙂

We got the absolute best COVID puppy from Shady Oaks. She’s now a year old and the sweetest dog I’ve ever met. I didn’t want a dog, but now I have a best friend. You can have one too if you get a pup from Shady Oaks.

Bought a goldendoodle from them, he passed away before his third year birthday due to liver complications since purchasing him and seizures.

I fully dislike the way they go about selling their puppies. If you want to see the puppies in person you have to pay $50 just to see 3 of them. So your resorted to choosing one by picture to not have to pay $50+ just to see the one you want

I was very disappointed. I called to see if I was able to come look at her puppies, but when I called she was very rude and told me how her website was updated although it was stated the puppies were 9 weeks on her website but with the date of birth she mentioned on her website the puppies were 11 weeks. After telling us this she told us before we were able to even see the puppies we had to pay a $50 fee, and we were only allowed to select 3 puppies from her website although there were more than 6 shown to choose from. When paying $2,500+ for a puppy and be expected to pay $50 to see them. I would hope that I would be able to view all of the puppies from the litter so I could actually have a choice instead of limiting my choice while charging $50. Definitely going to be looking elsewhere.
