Ozark Labradors (Garden City, Missouri)

Our black lab puppy, Annie, just turned 6 months old and she has been such a little light in our lives! The entire process starting with reaching out to Jincey all the way to bringing Annie home was so seamless and easy. Jincey obviously really cares about her dogs and it’s in all the details from the start. Most of our correspondence was via email but I was able to talk to her on the phone, right before Annie’s pick up, and Jincey was so friendly and helpful. Annie came home with some food, an info packet to get us started, and a bit of her puppy blanket from her mom and littermates, and a few other things. Now at 6 months old, Annie is just the sweetest- so smart and cuddly and goofy. She’s outgoing and loves to play but is always ready to snuggle up with us on the couch. She has been a wonderful addition to our family and we’re so happy to have worked with Ozark Labradors!

We bought our sweet Gracie back in August and we couldn’t be happier with the decision we made! She’s a quick learner, loves to swim and retrieve and is extremely obedient at only 7 months old. Jincey made it an extremely smooth process and welcomed us into her home when we got Gracie. We will be looking at another dog from her in the near future!

We were lucky to discover Ozark Labradors after loosing our beloved yellow lab over the winter. It was clear that these dogs were birthed and raised with so much love. Our new yellow lab, Oliver, not only knew how to sit when we brought him home, but knew he had to sit and be patient for his meals, treats, etc. Jincey taught him manners. She was patient with us when we met Oliver, answering all our questions, letting us meet his mom and dad, and giving us time with him. We wanted to be sure he was the right pup for us, and it was clear she wanted the same. It had been a LONG time since we had a puppy, and she was so helpful providing us a blanket from her home to help him with his first night away, providing a detailed schedule, including structured potty training, play and crate time, and helping him know that we were safe. While he missed his littermates the first night, he has mostly slept through the night since then. It was obvious he was already comfortable in his crate, and on a sleep schedule. Jincey gave him such a great start in life. Oliver is a smart, mellow, easy going pup, who has been super snuggly with us since day one, and loves to play and train. He has already learned come, stay, down, touch, and shake (just for fun). He has filled our hearts and we are so grateful to have him in our home.
