I got my good boy Cooper from Outback Valley Acres back in 2016 and he’s about to turn 6 years old in July. He’s such an amazing dog and a wonderful companion. He has a great personality, was easily trainable and has one of the best temperaments you could ask for in a lab. Not to mention his handsome color! I couldn’t have asked for a better dog and I would trust Outback Valley again with my next lab and would recommend them to anyone! I might just be coming back soon to get Cooper a sibling! Thank you again, Outback Valley, for allowing me to have such a loving dog these last 6 years!

I purchased my German shepherd, Kimber, back in November of 2019. She is an absolutely amazing dog, smart loyal and my best friend. I love OBVA and still keep in touch with them to this day. I will be a life long customer and can’t wait to get another pup from them!

Our German Shepherd has severe allergies and can’t be around children or other dogs because of aggression after $2,000 worth of training from a reputable trainer. If you’re wondering who I am, I’m the person who has called and e-mailed and you never responded to me about our concerns.

Was sold a shepherd with hip displaysia as a puppy. Owner blocked my phone number, blocked me from Facebook. When threatened with legal action, offered me another pup from another litter, would not provide reimbursement

We purchased a GSD from Marc on April 23, 2021. The medical sheet that Marc provided us was from Outback Valley Acres. No vet paperwork was provided. We also were not given AKC paperwork and we were told we need to wait 24 months for it.
On May 18, we noticed fluid filled swelling the size of a golf ball forming on our puppy’s front right elbow. Since then, we have now paid 1,500 dollars in vet bills. When we tried to contact Marc numerous times with no response, we finally called from a different number and he answered immediately. We sent him pictures and a vet bill and he said “let me verify with my vet, if it is a genetic issue, I have no problem refunding you.” We waited 6 days for a reply. We finally texted him and he said that this issue was not covered.
The vet followed up with us today and confirmed that the mass on his front right elbow had doubled in size. She was concerned and we were told to bring him in for surgery. The vet stated that it was not a cystic hygroma, but it was fluid built up from shoulder dysplasia. The vet aspirated 60 ml of fluid. The vet suspected hip dysplasia in both rear hips and suggested x-rays and MRIs. It clearly states in Tunno Enterprises, LLC – DBA Outback Valley Acres Dog Bill of Sale- Warantees and Guarantees that they have a hip and elbow guarantee. The vet also stated this is most likely caused from inbreeding and also overbreeding of the dogs. She also stated that if he had a proper 8 week check up with a certified veterinarian, this would have been found. This is the reason why Marc called my husband last minute and said he had a GSD puppy that someone else did not want. He said he would give it to us for 850 dollars rather than 1800 dollars. The veterinarian surgeon stated it was very unusual to hold AKC papers until 24 months since once you purchase a puppy, it becomes your property. This is a major red flag. I would highly recommend that no one supports this breeder. Since he will not reply to our texts or phone calls, we will give him one last chance to make things right with medical bills and refund our purchase amount of the dog. Otherwise, we have already sought legal counsel.
