My family and friends have gotten half a dozen dogs from Alitsa over the last decade or so and I can’t think of another place I’d rather get a wonderful and loving dog from.

Having just got a second pup for myself and a little brother for my 11 year old that I also got from Alitsa, I recommend her as a breeder to anyone who will listen.

Scooter is our family pooch and one of the smartest, kindest and most loving doggies that we’ve ever had. He’s a member of the family and has the best temperament. We got him from My Golden Opportunities. Highly recommend MGO and the family that breeds such intelligent and well behaved dogs.

Since we met Alitsa about 15 years ago, we have gotten 5 puppies from My Golden Opportunities, including our son’s dog and one we gifted to a friend. Every one of these puppies has been a magnificent addition to our family. When we took our three to their initial vet visit, the vets have been very impressed with how well they have been raised from birth through placement with their forever families. Have there been issues? Absolutely, but they are part of being a pet owner. Deal with it! Our latest, Kaz, is going to be a great family member. He has bonded with our 10 year-old, Koda, in a big & wonderful way. In short, we will not get Golden Retriever puppies from any other breeder.

dysplasia in all four of our puppy’s extremities. Told by the breeder that their dogs don’t have dysplasia and it must have been caused by something else.

Our puppy nearly died within the first week of getting him. The vets said it was the “worst case of hookworms he’d seen in his entire career”. He is on prescription food and antibiotics two years later and the vets say it will most likely be lifelong. We have spent thousands on evaluation and treating his GI problems. The breeder did not take responsibility and did not offer any sort of money back for his worm infection that we received him with.
