Pup had hip and elbow displacia. First contact was made and refused to back her guarantee. Then I was ghosted, multiple attempts to contact.
UPDATE: Won’t even deny it, the “Guarantee” is worth less than the paper you sign.
Upset breeder… yes… the only reason others don’t call you out, is they don’t have the animal certified.
