Midwest Puppy has received mostly positive reviews from customers. Many customers are happy with the health and behavior of the puppies they have purchased from this breeder.
They appreciate the breeder's willingness to provide video calls and show them different puppies before making a decision. Customers also mention that the puppies are well socialized and taken care of.
However, there is one negative review detailing a bad experience with a sick puppy. The customer's puppy developed kennel cough and later progressed to pneumonia, leading to significant vet bills.
The breeder refused to cover the expenses and asked the customer to return the sick dog. The customer also mentioned that the father of the puppy needed grooming and expressed concerns about the breeder not providing pictures of the parents promptly.
Overall, it seems that most customers have had positive experiences with Midwest Puppy, but the negative review raises concerns about the breeder's response to a sick puppy and their level of care. Potential customers may want to consider this feedback when deciding whether to purchase a puppy from this breeder.

Midwest Puppy was great to work with willing to facetime and show various dogs we wanted to see. Winnie is almost 5 months old and has brought so much joy to our house. Our Sheepadoodle puppy was well mannered and such a quick learner. She loves all people and other dogs.

This breeder is GREAT! I got a pup from there and it was the best decision I have ever made! I went and saw my puppy before go home day and arrangements were very easy to make!! I was very impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the place and all the puppies were very well socialized and taken care of!! The whole family knew each parent/pup that had a name by their name! I have had no issues with my pup and was able to reach out to Kristen and Brian to ask questions after I brought my puppy home!! I can’t wait to get my next puppy from them!!

We just got our second puppy from Midwest Puppy last Friday. Our first we got about three years ago and he is awesome and healthy. Our new puppy is also happy and healthy. At just 8 weeks old she knows to potty outside and does not cry in the kennel. I highly recommend Midwest Puppy!

Just another puppy mill. No pictures or information about the parents, so who knows what kind of temperament the pups will have. Puppies don’t look particularly healthy or well socialized. For that kind of money, I’ll just go find a reputable breeder.

On 7/11/22 I picked up my puppy from them wasn’t able to get out of the truck, see the parents, or any other puppy as requested. The puppy these breeders gave me was slightly coughing on the two hr ride home. She was eating grass before she was put into the truck so we thought she had grass stuck. A day later the cough got worse so we rushed her to the vet turns out she had kennel cough.
We had her on 4 different medications. After 6 days of having her she took a turn for the worst she had to be rushed to the vet again due to drowning in her own fluids the kennel cough progressed into pneumonia. She kept falling over, feet falling out from under her, medication wasn’t working.
Notified the breeder of this all they said was keep us posted after both visits. Which I did. They refuse to pay any vet bills even though as contract stated 72 hrs they would cover costs which we did, but they wanted us to bring the sick dog back to them. I’m sorry, but we got her sick. Why would I want to return a sick dog that wasn’t taken care of her in the first place. She was skinny and could feel her bones.
I asked for pictures of the parents, but it took a day or two to get pictures. The father wasn’t taken care of. Needed to be groomed.
We are now about $1,500 in vet bills and they refuse to pay even though we followed the contract. Put my two other dogs at risk of getting them sick. We are devastated about losing Clover and hope all the other puppies are safe and in good health. They may say they are, but all we’ve experienced has been shady business.
