Great people, love the pup. A little out of the way but worth it

We got our golden puppy from Lemhi back in August and we could not be more in love. He is six months old now and is just an angel. They already had him almost potty trained by the time we got him and his temperament is absolutely perfect.

My one caution would be to have them have their breeding Golden’s tested to make sure they don’t have the genes for Ichthyosis. Our little buddy has it which means both of his parents had the recessive genes to give him the trait. They offered us advice and we’re willing to pay for some shampoos for us to try it out. We have it pretty much under control, it just would have been a fairly easy problem to avoid.

That being said, we wouldn’t trade our pup for the world! We love him to death!

We love our St. Berdoodle!
