They are so patient, and explain everything you would want and need to know. They make sure that we understand how your puppy needs to be cared for. They also demonstrate what we need to do for your puppies vitamins and food intake, which is awesome to me!! My family and I just walked in to see some puppies, and my sister decided to adopt a Yorkie!

They were a big help and super knowledgeable about their puppies and breeders. You could tell they 100% care about the puppies by the way they react with happiness with each other! If you’re in the market to give a puppy their forever home this is the first place you should stop by to!

Madeline Torres

Walked in just to see if me and the dog sparky I inquired about would be the kind of breed I was looking to adopt. But me and sparky just bonded he was my baby. So happy I came and found him. Brenda was so helpful and understanding my needs and what I was looking for

I bought a puppy from this location, I had to take him to the vet on the next day, he was sick with bronchitis, I let the vet know that I’ve purchased my puppy at furry babies vet responded to me; that’s what happens when you get a pet from puppy mills! they have them in unsanitary conditions….
But that’s not the worst part! My puppy came home with anxiety and scared of everything. It took a long time for him to change his behavior.

I read about 50 reviews before heading over there with my daughter to fall in love and get a pup. I organized the reviews from lowest to highest because I want to know the truth. I’m appalled that there are so many horrific reviews touching on different subjects – owner never replies to the review unless they are saying you must have the wrong place. Incredibly poor customer service doesn’t make me want to take my daughter here anymore. Disgusting business, awful owners. Read the reviews. The proof is in the pudding. This place clearly has their pockets in their best interest – not the pups. They’re in the wrong business and unfortunately the pups are the ones suffering. Sickening.

Food 4 Thought

One of the workers overheard my conversation with my friend since I was discussing ANOTHER puppy store in ANOTHER state that was shut down for supporting puppy mills. The worker jutted into our conversation and assumed I was talking about their store. She became defensive and said that the puppies at Fur Babies do not come from puppy mills. They claim they receive their dogs from licensed breeders around the country, but that’s a claim. No proof. No dignity. Zilch.

Overall, sad state of customer service. The lady seemed more concerned about being defensive and jumping to conclusions.

P.S. They give out ‘free’ products to customers who leave 5 star reviews so always remember to read the poorly rated reviews FIRST.
