Amazing and clean location. The dogs look well kept in their clean cages. Julie and Katherine were super attentive and informative. Drove all the way from Davie, FL and will do it again , just to meet our newest addition!

I found my dream dog at Forever Love Puppies with the help of Victoria and Emily. I always wanted a Golden Retriever and found the cutest, most playful, and kindest. I highly recommend coming to this pet store if you are looking for a new puppy. Victoria and Emily provided excellent service, and the pet store was immaculate and cozy for the puppies. Thank you guys! My family and I are thrilled to welcome our new puppy.

So beyond grateful to have gotten theeee dog I had been looking for. A sweet and small chihuahua. Emily was amazing at assisting me and answered all of mine and my parents questions thoroughly. It was a birthday celebration to get Jasper the new addition to our family. The place was clean and the service was so attentive and lots of clarity on the vaccine protocols. Looking forward to caring for this baby cuteness little chihuahua. Was referred to this location by my step that already had a great experience.

After thinking I left this store on Sunday, 08/20/2023 with the most perfect puppy which I paid $2,800 for, my puppy shortly after started showing drops of blood in his stool. I called them and told them what was happening a day after and I was told someone would reach back out to me and no one ever did. After taking my pet to his first “FREE” vet clinic for his first check up apt which they include with the purchase of the puppy, they tell me the drop of blood are due to a PARASITE and that the puppy is SICK and needs medicine/treatment. I ended up having to pay for this myself and NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT YET. They sold me a sick puppy, the vet says this parasite shows symptoms 3-10 days after contracting the virus. And We haven’t taken the puppy anywhere and have no other dogs. Why aren’t they making sure they’re selling healthy puppies. Today after my apt, I texted a number on the paper that told me to tell them once it’s been made and I spoke with Roccio and she’s aware of what’s going on but still after speaking with her no one ever reached out. I’m so sad. I cant believe this is happening to me. THE VET SAYS THE PUPPY CAN GIVE THE PARASITE TO HUMANS AND I HAVE A 4 y/o. I bought the puppy for HER. So now all of our health is at risk. I have yet to hear from a CEO or supervisor Ps: they tell you to put a good review at the store when you purchase the puppy.

Had lunch with a friend and his 6 year old at a restaurant close to this puppy store. After we were done my friends son insisted we visit the puppy store before we left. I accompanied them. From the moment I walked in I was followed around the very tiny store very closely. It because very evident that it was me and not my friend or his kid that was being followed from not 2 feet of distance. Very uncomfortable, very racist. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this store especially if you’re a person of color. I can’t believe stuff like this still happens in 2023.

Here, I didn’t have a very good experience. Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional are the women who work there. On my second puppy showing, I was informed that I could only see three because this obnoxious young girl was pressuring me and I felt rushed. She was quite unpleasant and disapproving. After making the payment for my puppy, I was forced to wait for an approval for more than forty minutes. Even though I adore my dog, I wouldn’t suggest visiting this location.
