Highly recommend Faircloth Retrievers! We had looked for a long time to find a lab puppy to add to our family and Michael was able to help us find the perfect one! Michael was a pleasure to deal and extremely knowledgeable. Kiely is a healthy, happy and confident puppy and that is a credit to Michael and family!

Michael and Alicia were both so kind, knowledgeable of their dogs, and made our experience picking out a puppy so great. They offered us wonderful tips to care for our new yellow lab puppy, Max, and even gave us a goody bag filled with necessities to get us started. We loved our experience and are having so much fun getting Max settled into our home. Highly recommend! Thanks so much Michael and Alicia.

I lost my 5 month old puppy to severe congenital heart disease and am heartbroken about it. I called this gentleman to potentially purchase a puppy after seeing his ad on the AKC website. After asking for pictures of the parents he began spouting about “Arab spammers”. I thanked him and hung up. I immediately received a vile profanity ridden text, followed by one calling me a scammer. I continue to receive vile texts from this man 10 minutes after I hung up.

Talked to the owner of this operation about a dog that was born in 2017 that I was trying to aquire some information on about getting her papers since she never apparently had them according to the people I got her from, he was very rude and cut me off quite a few times when trying to explain the situation. He didn’t want to hear anything that I had to say about this dog or even how I come to have her. I would not recommend this breeder just for his lack of compassion or helping with a dog that came from his lines!! I did introduce myself and I never asked you for any personal information at all nor would I demand you of any information. I only wanted information on this specific dog and trying to confirm that she in fact, did come from you. You would have learned that had you given me time to speak. Your other reviews are wonderful. But as for ME and MY dog, you were very rude and not helpful in the very least.

We got a puppy who got parvo our puppy passed away only having him 9 days we did 4 days of 24 hour care gave Colby meds every 2 hours the breader doesn’t want to take any responsibility.please be careful there’s no Warrenty.I thought I’d at least get help with medical.our hearts are broken my puppy tested positive for parvo when he went to vet they found nothing else in his system but parvo the breader did not feel responsible for the parvo bill s. Or offer me a refund unfortunately that won’t bring Colby back . He had full parvo not and it wasn’t from the shot he had. I did ask him to do the right thing.unfortunately he did not we did have lots of vet bills trying to save him.not even a phone call.I had a dog like30 years back that got it n made it everyday the breader would reach out he made it the breader paid 100 percent of medical.this breader did not .doesnt feel responsible at all.
