Dealing with Andy and Duck Creek Retrievers has been great! Communication throughout the process was fantastic. We brought Ranger home at the end of November and he has been a great addition. We would recommend Duck Creek Retrievers to anyone any day!!

I’m a bit late to leaving a review but we took home a beautiful chocolate pup back in February. We started the process in October 2022 and until the day we brought him home (February 2023), Andy and his team were in full contact with us on the process and answered any questions we had along the way. They were extremely accommodating since we had to pick up our pup a week later due to a family obligation. Our pup is our absolute best friend and we could not be HAPPIER. He has an amazing temperament, he’s healthy and has a great blood line. I would 1000% recommend Duck Creek Retrievers to anyone and I would do it all over again with them. Everyone meet Chip

We purchased our handsome black lab from Andy three years ago. We couldn’t be happier. Great blood line, great temperament and great breeder. We will undoubtably be getting another Duck Creek Retriever. There are many great reviews and story’s about this place, and I would absolutely purchase another dog from them.

I’ve been debating reviewing for weeks. Ultimately, I don’t want anyone else to go through what we did. We picked up our puppy on 4/01 and went straight home. 48 hours later he was diagnosed with Parvo and rushed to the hospital under 24-hour care. We spent $4500 out of pocket, excluding the cost of the puppy Duck Creek refunded us for. We did not intend to purchase a sick puppy. We obviously brought him home with Parvo. I want to believe there wasn’t any ill-will behind this unfortunate circumstance, but please make sure you’re getting vaccination information & “promises” in writing. Don’t underestimate the awful diseases puppies can get when they’re unvaccinated.

If I could give no stars I 100% would. A friend of mine recently got a puppy from this place and the puppy was positive for Parvo. Duck Creek claimed the dog was vaccinated and this was not their responsibility. How this was not their responsibility is beyond me! The puppy clearly was positive while at this facility. Because of this my friend had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to care for her dog (was hospitalized) and almost lost him. No dog owner OR DOG should have to suffer through the terror and pain of Parvo. For this place to say it is not their responsibility is disgusting. Makes you wonder how many other dogs were effected previously and just passed away or how many dogs could be effected in the future. Save your money and adopt!

My dog came home 10 lbs lighter, they didn’t feed him his correct feeding schedule. He isn’t eating and looks like he sat in the kennel for 2 weeks straight. His paws are basically raw in between his webbing (looks like it’s from scratching the kennel, not sure) and we took him to the vet immediately after.
