Our experience with Crystal Cream Retrievers was fantastic. The entire process was efficient and easy. I couldn’t recommend them more. We received pictures in the weeks prior to picking our puppy up, and they were very responsive with any questions we had. If you are looking to add a perfect temperament pup to your family Crystal Cream is the way to go. We absolutely love Sullivan!

Our new puppy, Charlie, has been a handful but a delight none the less. We picked him up at 8 weeks old so he was naturally no where close to being potty trained as other reviewers said their pup was but he’ll get there eventually. We have 2 cats and another older dog and he has acclimated well with them all. He is super playful and I see him being the best boy for a long time to come.
