I recently had the privilege of exploring the Golden Retriever breeding program at Cowboys and Angels, spearheaded by the exceptional breeder, Shannon. As a dog lover myself, I cannot help but express my admiration for the passion, dedication, and exemplary standards upheld by this program.

First and foremost, the love and care that Shannon demonstrates for her Golden Retrievers is evident from the moment you step foot onto the premises. The dogs are housed in clean, spacious enclosures that offer plenty of room for exercise and play. It is clear that their physical and emotional well-being are top priorities.

Hands down the most amazing creator of beautiful golden fur children! These beautiful babies are brought into this world feeling pure love from the moment they’re discovered in their momma’s belly. The lengths to which Shannon goes to ensure healthy bloodlines is truly admirable and it really shows in all of the puppies that come from Cowboys & Angels. These Goldens are remarkable in both looks and disposition. So much love and time is put into providing you with a new family member you may or may not know you needed. Seeing first hand the extra miles that she goes to provide you a beautiful experience in acquiring one of her puppies makes my review of her solid and absolute.

I wouldn’t even give one star. My baby girl which is 4 has been sick since day 1. Thankfully I recognized things were not normal and have surrounded her with an awesome team of vets. She is amazing, sweet, super loving but not healthy. For the rest of her life I will be doing everything possible for her and pray every day it’s a long long time. She has severe anxiety, separation anxiety, anxious on car rides, going places doing normal doggie things. Throws up every 3 weeks. I have done every diagnostic test available and it comes down to…she was born this way. I would never recommend a dog from her only because of the health of the puppies. Shannon runs a puppy mill and not producing good quality healthy puppies. Cute does not equal healthy. Do your homework, especially when looking for a golden. A breeder breeding for the breed does not have 20 litters a year and manage 30 puppies at a time.
