It’s been one of the most amazing experience of my life. My puppy is just the biggest sweetheart since day one she adjusted perfectly, she came potty and crate trained. Im just so happy I came across Central Park Puppies online, they have assisted me with all my questions and requests through their 24/7 VETERINARY. Yes, 24/7!!! I let them know about a concern about my puppy and we got a solution in minutes. I hope you look no further because this company truly deserves all the praise. From the Store Manager to the Vet help. People are very nice. That gets a star. But unfortunately while they claim they background check breeders thoroughly and bring puppies from trustable breeders, I found it was not 100% true. I visited them a couple times hoping I could get a puppy from a breeder with good reputation. I asked for breeder info and they provided. I came home and googled the breeder. It obviously was a puppy mill with several violations – over 200 dogs, never addressed dogs’ heath issues, etc. Ask them the breeder info, google it and you will find the truth.

Purchased a puppy from this store in September 2014- easy and straightforward process. I adore the dog and despite being from an unknown “breeder”, she is perfect – both healthy and full of joy.
Satisfied with my initial interactions with this business, it seemed only natural to revisit as I am looking to add another puppy to the family.
I have stopped by to see the available puppies on several occasions and I am sincerely disappointed with the customer service.
The staff does not by any means go out of their way to interact with potential customers. On my last visit, I mentioned my great experience purchasing a dog from them in September 2014 and waited hoping to be acknowledged in some way. After 10 minutes of waiting to speak with someone about a puppy, I walked out of the store (still seemingly invisible to the multiple employees). (As a side note, there was only 1 other customer in the store at the time)

Update: upon recent emergency vet visit my dog has a genetic spine desease
Got a Boston Terrier from them: came with a TICK in her ear & giardia. They promised to cover the costs of tick-related medical care (for giardia you have to go to their partner clinic that is located outside of NYC, so though they promise deworming etc., but you may spend more in gas money and cause more stress for ur new pup with such trips) and never followed up on the promise (been a year).
As I later learned, their breeders are not that selective neither, I later on was able to get info that the breeder had about 100+ dogs registered on their “farm”…. Was not able to get proper contacts for the breeder neither (apart from the mailing address) to check on pup’s line (the registration was with some sketchy heirtage company)
