I had the most amazing experience with Arrow T Pets! They were responsive, professional, helpful, and polite. My puppy took a flight to reach me and was safe as can be with a handler! They communicated with me the entire trip, and my puppy was safe and happy. My puppy is extremely healthy and beyond cute! He is already a part of the family, and we could not be happier! I recently received Neville, an F1 Mini Bernedoodle, from Arrow T Pets and I cannot say enough good things about the breeder, communication, and the high-quality of my puppy (training, temper, health). Neville has great training habits from the breeder (knows his name, sits on command, etc.), especially for a 12-week old puppy. Others in my building comment on how well-behaved and calm he is.

I uses the ground transportation option since I live in Colorado, and it was a great experience. There was a miscommunication with the initial transportation contractor, but Tim very quickly found a replacement and covered the extra cost so I could receive Neville during the expected time frame. The new contractor was extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire day it took for her to drive Neville over.

Neville is absolutely everything I could ever want in a puppy, and I would highly recommend Arrow T Pets to anyone looking for their dream dog!

I purchased a male Burnedoddle, Jon, from Arrow T Pets in June of 2022 They knew I had another dog. I was sent a puppy that was contaminated with fleas, ticks, & mites. My dog & I were infected by the fleas, & mites. I called, & was told they would pay for the expenses. I never heard another word. My 5 year old dog suffered for 8 months. I had my home fumigated 3 times. I was so severely infected that I needed antivirals twice. I was home bound for a year! I was just recently told I was clean.
For those of you who don’t know about mites, I’ll give you the worst because there is NOTHING else to say. They bite you for your blood, & lay eggs under your skin which hatch & bite you. They are filthy, the size of a grain of pepper, & infect your insides. It took me ONE YEAR to recover completely. I missed my Mother’s funeral, something that is unforgivable. I have scars all over my body that will never completely fade. The antiviral’s make you extremely sick. You are exposed to questionable pesticides the entire time. You are not to be around other people. They are extremely contagious. I missed Christmas with my children who live in Florida. There is NO place on your body they don’t invade.
I feel bad for posting this so late. I’ve been sick, & researching my options. My medical bills have gone into the thousands.This should NEVER happen to ANYONE. I lost a year of my life, & will never show my legs, arms, back, or stomach the way they look now. I am researching dermabrasion for the large scared area’s. I know I will never look at a cute puppy the same again.
